Our mission is to provide access to higher education for underprivileged children around the world, using creative approaches like photography, literature, and arts to inspire and engage them in the learning process.

Our vision is a world where every child has access to quality education, regardless of their background or circumstances. We believe that education is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty and creating a better future for children and communities.

Connie Faria (my visual CV)

As the founder of Caza Con Foundation, I am devoted to empowering low-income children to attain higher education and achieve success. With a background as an OB/GYN RN, a Master's in International Business from the University of Wollongong in Dubai, and experience in managerial and training roles, I am committed to leveraging my skills to make a difference in my community. With over 15 years of experience in social work and a passion for empowering others, I use various avenues, including arts, literature, marketing, digital media, photography, and conservationist initiatives, to create a positive impact on our community and the world.

Marc Richter

For over 40 years, I have been a teacher and advocate for education. As an experienced teacher of International Baccalaureate Chemistry, Biology, and Physics, I have taught over 3000 students from high school to university level. Though I was unable to pursue my dream of becoming a doctor due to the lack of funds, I found purpose in teaching, where I could help make a difference. In 2008, I started the Mekdela Kids Project in Ethiopia, which has provided education and support for children in need. It has been an incredible journey and I am proud of the work we have accomplished.

Kamila Alikhani

Hello, I'm Kamila. With a degree in Languages and an MBA from the University of Wollongong Dubai, I bring a diverse skill set to the table. As the founder of Bloomier, a Canadian company committed to disrupting wasteful practices in the floral industry, I challenge traditional business models. My passion for social work led me to join Caza Con Foundation projects in 2011, where I strive to make a positive impact on underprivileged communities.

I'm dedicated to supporting initiatives that resonate with these principles, and I'm enthusiastic about leveraging my marketing expertise to contribute to the mission of Caza Con Foundation since 2008.
